"I interviewed eight roofing companies and the first 6 had the same roofing products and the sale sales style. My background was a salesperson for a New York Computer manufacture and am very acute of the sales process. My opening with all vendors was the same. My roof was 40 years old, and two layers needed to be removed with some structural problems. Mr. Rivera and his son spent 2 hours reviewing the problems with my roof. The only vendor to identify my roof was full of black mold. What the facts are importing with a contractor and a client. My request and response from Mr. Rivera were one of a personal commitment to a solution to my problems. Not a quick and cheaper quote from another vendor! Most of my roof was stripped off roof materials and plywood. During the work they discovered other structural problems with my roof. This raised the price another $5,000 because my request was to repair my roof. My home will be going on the market, and I want another family to raise a new family as I did over the last 40 years. Mr. Rivera and his son are men of there word and represent the best of the America I love. I also purchased new down spouts and drains from them. I am ready this summer to sell my home without the worry that a cheap job would impact on another family in the future."

"I'm in the process of a divorce and selling my home. It turned out the roof had to be replaced in order for homeowners insurance to provide coverage. I was not in a position to pay for this out of pocket. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well.
