My first interaction was with the young lady who answered the phone & she was extremely pleasant. We set  up an appointment for the Designer to come out & he was prompt & courteous. He gave us a lot of information about products, the company & time frames for our projects. He also explained that he was going to draw the kitchen & why. We set a second appointment for him to come back. When he returned, he had everything ready for us & to save a substantial amount of money, we started the project. This was the best decision we have made in a long time...especially on this big of a purchase, as we have been saving for a long time for this. (We had obviously done our research on Jericho & trusted their abilities)
The project began as expected...and although there were a couple of short delays(to be expected with a remodel) we watched our kitchen & baths be transformed in to amazing rooms!
We absolutely love the finished product & Mike (our project manager) did a fantastic job coordinating all of the installers with each project & keeping us informed. The quality of products are exceptional...just as we expected. We truly are happy with this project & process. We have done other remodels in the past with other companies (and the projects were much smaller) and they were not good experiences.

"We hired Omni for a kitchen and bath remodel for an older 70s home. New cabinets, flooring and a wall demo turned a cramped, dated kitchen into a breath of fresh air. The work performed in our secondary bathroom also came out looking stellar. Very pleased with the results. There was a slight delay for the project due to certain material supply problems, but Omni was diligent in keeping us updated; good communication throughout. Would hire again."

"I originally called them for windows, and when Mr. Harris came to the house I also explained the windows are part of a more extensive project. The project included repainting all brown woodwork white enamel, including doors, molding and kitchen cabinets. I was also rearranging part of the kitchen, moving the center island, a tall cabinet and relocating the space for the refrigerator. All new major appliances, supplied by me, were to be installed. I also supplied new flooring to cover all of the first floor, but it turned out not to be enough and they supplied the required balance of flooring. Mr. Harris also offered to install carpeting and kitchen sink for no additional cost, which was appreciated. I made a side deal with the painter, Christian, to finish some extra walls, and another side deal with Jorge to replace all the beige outlets and switches on the first floor with white. Also installed drop-down attic stairs, supplied by me. All work was done professionally, and I was satisfied with the final outcome. The final result was just as my wife and I had envisioned. My rating for customer service was a 3 because the job that was originally quoted as 2 weeks was not completed until the 9th week. It was difficult to get responses from Mr. Harris and Kosta, apparently because they were reluctant to call me back due to project delays. These factors rate lower than 3, but the additional services provided that were not contracted rate higher than 3, such as carpeting, tile floor in bathroom and kitchen sink."
