Alexander responded very quickly and came to our house and did a thorough inspection of the areas where the raccoons were gaining entry into our attic areas. Alexander's quote was fair and equitable so we agreed to let him install a tunnel system to help us get rid of our unwanted friends prior to the carpentry work beginning. I am only giving 4.5 stars for now because the job is not finished, but he really cares about the treatment and gave us a 90 day plan to make sure that we would no longer have a cockroach infestation.
