"The project went very well. Their service guy called in advance to confirm the appointment, called to confirm his arrival time and arrived on time. He took care with his equipment, acted professionally, asked questions and listened well, and took great care with his ladder to be gentle with our house. He also took pictures of the damaged and rusted chimney cap so I could see the extent of the damage (since we can't climb to the roof). He was efficient and finished the project in less time than quoted. Finally he checked in before leaving to walk through his work, answer question and what to look for in case of future problems."

"Excellent. Prior to the beginning of the job there were many questions with regard to the liner and the re-build of the chimney stack. John was very thorough in what needed to be done and how it needed to be done so as to not incur any additional cost (headaches). When the time came for the work to be done, John and Miguel showed up on time and went right to work. Within a matter of hours, the chimney liner, exhaust manifolds for the furnaces and hot water heater were all installed - all with no trace of him being there beyond his completed work. John was a consummate professional from beginning to end. If I had another chimney I'd hire him again."

"Installation went fine until I noticed several weeks later that it was harder to keep house warm and there was significant draft by the woodstove insert. I went outside and looked at the chimney cap installed by Kevin Fredrickson and noticed it was off center of the chimney and the base of the cap was only covering 2/3rds of the opening and no insulation was placed around the liner so heat was funneling right up the chimney and outside.  I contacted Kevin and he responded within a few days and agreed to take a look.  When he arrived he didn't have the tools or ability to fix the cap due to snow so he stuffed insulation around the chimney liner from inside the house to keep the drafts down and stated he would be back in spring to fix the cap.  As of June 1, 2015 he hadn't contacted me or arrived to fix the cap so I tried to contact Kevin Fredrickson but got no response.  As of 10/9/2015  (the date of this review) Kevin had not contacted me or made any attempts to properly attach the chimney cap installed by Integrity Chimney Services LLC. <br /> <br /> On Friday October 16, 2015 Kevin stopped by and properly attached chimney cap to chimney and corrected the issue."

"I originally wanted an estimate for a chimney liner and chimney brick repointing but they do not provide free estimates so I scheduled a chimney cleaning as that was needed too. The cleaning went well. The chimney sweep, Matt, was professional and informative. My only complaint was their lowest discounted price of the year (according to them) for the cleaning was still higher than most others. Also the estimate I received for the liner and brick repointing was incredibly high. The liner installation alone was $1500 higher than the other quotes I received. Other than that everything went well."

"Job went well.  A&A showed up on time on the day of the install and worked non-stop until the following afternoon.  End result looks great and so far so good on the Gutter Shutter performance. <br /> A&A is pricey (especially for windows, which I did not go through with), but I will say they have great products and I'm a believer in you get what you pay for.  Having said that, they were cheaper than another quote for the same gutter product, so make sure you at least give them a shot if you're looking for a higher end gutter protection product. <br />"
