"Arrived on time and explained what he was going to do and what chemicals would be used.  Also sent us a copy of what chemicals were used and a copy of the labels via e-mail.
He then asked what we were seeing and where and did a complete walk around the house and around the interior.  He identified several variety of spiders and ants and recommended treatment.  I mentioned the carpenter bees that have been busy drilling holes in our porch railing and was told that only active bees can be treated because plugging up holes only causes the bees to drill themselves out elsewhere.  So, saved us $$ by not treating what couldn't be treated that day.
He sprayed inside and out and told us he would be back in 2 weeks to spray outside again - which he did do.
So far, no more ants in the house and the spiders seem to have vacated the premises!
We were very pleased and have signed up for quarterly treatments to keep the carpenter ants at bay in our old wooden house.

"I give them a thumbs up. During this season, they come to the house about once a month. They charge about $1,000 for the year. I think they're not perfect, but they're one of the better services that I've had recently so that's why I'm having them come back this year.
