"It went excellently. I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom to the livingroom ceiling below. The first plumber I had out thought the faucet fixture in the shower/tub was leaking and caulked it.The leak showed up again after he left. The second plumber gave me a bid to caulk and to open livingroom ceiling and replace pipes. Monroe Plumbing was the third to come here. I sort of knew it was the toilet that was leaking because we did not use the shower or tub (we have others) that supposedly was leaking down into ceiling. Scott from Monroe verified the toilet leak and quickly fixed. It's been 5 days and we have no further leakage."
