"Outstanding experience. I'd submitted a request for a quote to another Angie's List pro (who never got back to me). Got an email the next morning that Chimneys Plus was interested in providing me a quote. Submitted a request & hot a call from Chad maybe 20 minutes later. He explained that he was booked solid each weekday well in November, but offered to come out the following Saturday morning. Arrived right on time, inspected chimney from cap to bottom & cleaned a ton of creosote from the pipe. He also cleaned our woodstove beautifully, including the glass, at no additional charge even though we never asked him to. The price was excellent; quite a bit less than what it seems other area services charge. Chad was also extremely courteous and professional, and left everything immaculate. "We've used RG multiple times and have had nothing but the best service possible. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and the pricing is all exceptional. Most visits have been diagnosed and repaired in under 30 minutes. Our most recent event was when our A/C went out (19-yo house) on a Sunday morning. I scheduled service online and received a text within minutes that they had emergency openings if needed. I texted back that we could wait until Monday morning, and they were here at 8 am. As soon as the tech opened the A/C panel, he knew it was the capacitor. Replaced in about 5 minutes, and he stayed about another 15 minutes to make sure things were cooling. The job was completed, paid for, and he was gone by 8:30."
