We required new remotes, but these were provided free of charge by the contractor under their warranty. Outstanding service, once again, and demonstrates a commitment to follow-up customer service and upholding of a warranty. In addition, once again, scheduling was easy and the technician arrived on time with all the equipment and parts that he needed."
