"They are fantastic! They were super responsive, not only before the project started, but throughout the whole remodel. They even made suggestions like doing a niche in the shower. "I purchase the cabinets, sink and the hardware such as facets, shower heads and the glass shower doors. He took the time to explain things to me and used his professional experience to make recommendations to stare me down the right path. This project was for 2 weeks but it ended up being a 4 weeks. There are a lot of little things in the bathroom that was not done right. I have a mosaic tile with a pattern in it and rather that have the tile line up correctly there are quite a few spots within the tile that  it’s backward. I told them I wanted a white bath and they bought a half white bath.  The wires were not correctly done so a light fixture went out. I was frustrated because I was paying the project manager and they were not managing it properly. They were coming at 11 in the morning and they had to leave to work on someone’s garage door."

"BCM London was very easy to work with and did a great job overall. We had a few issues during the remodel but they were all addressed promptly and the bathroom came out beautifully. We added some work along the way and had some changes to the scope of work and they accommodated the changes and additions with no issue and fairly priced. Iâ d definitely recommend them. They give a year warranty and Iâ m confident that theyâ ll take care of anything that may come up."

"The work was done by a very professional crew, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were quoted a price for a smaller job by another (supposedly reputable) company, but they didn't produce. So when Ty and Armando gave me a quote for less money, I was at first skeptical. But when they told me what they would do for me, and the price was lower than the other company wanted for the bare minimum, I quickly agreed.
