"The quote was very reasonable. The small area was repair where you can't even tell it was ever damaged. They scrapped and painted. There was some paint that got on my siding and I called. They did come back took care of it. I was very pleased with the results and yes I would recommend them."

"The work was beautiful upon completion. Just shy of a year after construction was completed, the seam of the add-on began to leak. James was called and came out to take a look. He and a few guys added caulk ( I assume - wasn't told) to try and fix the issue. Shortly thereafter, we had another bout of storms and the seam still leaked. James was called once more and stated that he had never had this issue before. He came out again and then stated that the problem was the roof slant/chimney and would need another approximately $4,000.00 dollars to fix. Needless to say, not happy with that one."

"Called around a little for someone to come in and do some updates and a few odds and ends that I needed to get done for some time. We called and found out that this very nice gentleman lived nearby and he was very pleasant to speak with on the phone. He came out the next day and gave me a very fair price for a good load of work. The owner did all the work himself. He brought in his cleaning crew to clean up and they did the whole house. It was amazing. Well worth every penny. "At first there was a problem. They brought the wrong part. Then, when he returned, he was still missing something. The third time, the man who came was not the plumber, but his helper and he did a poor job of installing the fixture. (It was loose and there was a gap between the fixture and the wall, also it was up-side down.) I called and told them about it, and they send someone who quickly repaired the mistake. <br /> <br /> This repair took place at my son's house and I had reccommended Pithers. I was the one who called and complained. I knew they would fix it because I have used them for years and have been delighted with their service. I spoke with Brandy Pither and she made sure the correction was made promptly and correctly. <br /> <br /> My experience wih Pithers goes back many years. I have lived here for 30 years.
