The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. "Total scammers. They redid our screen enclosure a while back and never replaced the screws they put into the quote. When I had someone redo their work, they said there is no way those screws were replaced as they were completely rotted through. They could not even find their own invoice as they had an IT "incident" years back and lost all of their data!
