Get matched with top asphalt shingle roofing installers and replacers in Memphis, TN

"I recently got a new roof from them and the process/result was perfect from start to finish! He approached us during a smaller scale issue with the roof and told us that we would need a new roof at some point due to the quality of the shingles on the roof and how easily it falls apart during bad weather. He was right but we didn’t listen at the time. It eventually got to a point where the shingles were falling after each major storm/strong wind and it was visible from the street like an eyesore. It got to a point were we became worried about there being a potential issue with the roof if we were to have heavy rain and we called. He surveyed and gave us a couple proposals like normal but he emphasized that the small roof repair after each storm was almost like a bandaid when we really need a replacement. We ultimately agreed with the new roof because the repair costs were adding up. The manager personally came by with an assortment of roofing types to choose from and was kind enough to hold some of the samples in the air as a comparison. He made sure to provide quality material to choose from so that we didn’t have to make any repairs in the immediate future. We chose and scheduled a date for installation a short time after. I wasn’t able to see it in progress but the team sent me photos along each stage of the installation. The team made sure that any potential roof issue was covered and I appreciated that. It rained heavily in the area soon after and everything was good and we now feel safe. It looks wonderful when I drive up."

"I've been trying to get my roof replaced for about 3 years now due to brittle and bad shingles that would fly off my roof on any storm. Every time it rained I would lose one or two shingles. I have contacted over 8 different contractors which never returned my call, or never gave me an estimate. I finally put the insurance claim in by myself only to be rejected due to "not enough damage". My insurance company said there was only $600 worth of damage. I gave up being so frustrated with the insurance games for almost a year. Late one Sunday night, I just got on Angie's Lists. ( I have never used this site because it always asked for personal information but this time I signed up ). I found 4 roofing companies that had high stars, and read the reviews. I picked 3 of the 4 to send my contact information to them. 10 minutes after I got off the list, Chase Roof ‌Inspections contacted me and left a message. I explained to John about the insurance and was upfront that either insurance or out of pocket, I need my roof replaced. He did everything he could to show State Farm that my roof was bad, but they still would not budge. So, without me having to sue my own insurance company for basically not doing their job. I had Chase Roof Inspections replace my roof. 2 weeks pass by with all of the work Chase has in its pipeline and I'm up. The Chase team shows up early at 6:30 AM and works all day until 7:00 PM and they are finished. They never missed a beat. My home looks better than it was brand new, ( I know I had it built ) and my yard is clean of debris! The workmanship from his team is fantastic, they were always polite, never bothered me at all. Chase was always right there letting me know in communication what was going on. In my line of work, communication is key for a successful project as well as the quality of work. His company provides all the above."

"Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. They did an excellent job replacing an existing roof with multiple layers of shingles underneath."

"ContractingPRO recently completed a full roof replacement on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. I chose Owens Corning Duration shingles in Teak, along with the Owens Corning DuraRidge hip and ridge shingles, and the final product looks absolutely incredible. "In my first year of home ownership, a giant limb crashed through the roof during a storm. It didn’t only break my roof, it busted through the beams, caused water damage inside, and tore down my privacy fence. Michael from MC Roofing handled EVERYTHING, not just the roof. He dealt with my insurance company, arranged tree removal and fencing installation, and handled all the other details so that all I had to do was sign papers and pick a new color for my roof! The most impressive thing was the quality, though. My roof, ceiling, and fence look even better than they did before the damage happened!"

"Everything went well. Crew worked and finished the same day. Lady owner is attentive to details and is all about satisfying the customer. They are top notch. I am a single woman and did not want my price to be over inflated. This project was within my budget, and they did a fantastic job. You receive a contract detailing all the work and the prices. There are NO surprises at the end of the job as it regards pricing. Crew was respectful of my property and they used the magnet to get remove all the nails off the roof, driveway and grass. Not one shingle, piece of wood, or debris was left on my property after the job was completed. All work comes with a written guarantee. It doesn't get any better than that!"

"We first called Pro Shingle to get a quote for some roof repair on our house. But when Joseph from Pro Shingle came out to examine the repair work, we also asked him to quote for a full roof replacement. We were immediately impressed with Josephâ s knowledge and professionalism. Since we were considering a full roof replacement, we also called two more roofing companies for quotes. Pro Shingle was very responsive when we asked for addresses of homes so we could see their work, as well as determine the color and type of shingles we wanted. Even with all the upgrades we asked for, they were still the lowest bid and came highly recommended by others we talked with. Joseph managed the crews for installation, clean-up, and final roof touch-up requests. The entire process went very well. We highly recommend Pro Shingle, LLC in Southaven, MS."
