I don't even know what he did because the top is not visible from the ground. On windy days, the metallic noise is unbearable, so I contacted him again by text, but he never acknowledge my request. The noise continues. I don't remember the date of the work."

"SERVICE PERSON (WHOSE NAME I CAN'T RECALL UNFORTUNATELY) LOOKED AT FIREPLACE DAMPER AND WAS ABLE TO SIMPLY BEND PARTS OF THE MECHANISM BACK INTO PLACE TO GET IT TO FUNCTION AGAIN. HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY NICE AND POLITE, EVEN REMOVING HIS SHOES BEFORE WALKING ON THE CARPET. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS ODD ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS A PHONE CALL I GOT THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP, TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. I TOLD THEM I WASN'T AVAILABLE AND SAID IT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY, AND THEY SAID THAT WAS FINE AND DID SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY AS SCHEDULED."
