Kevin Chaney was a great, not-pushy salesman who I highly recommend. I received weekly communication from Gigi once the permits were in place. There was a little hiccup when the company removed the old roof and laid the underlayment. We had some terrible rain before the hot mop, and we noticed water stains in our ceiling on a Saturday. I left a message with TTR’s answering service that same Saturday, and on Sunday, the owner of the company, Gary Chester, came by and reassured that this was a 1/1000000 incident and he fixed the issue. He also offered to repair the water stain inside the home. Other than that, everything went without a hitch. You get what you pay for and we got the Best!"

It seemed like it would be a simple fix, It took too much effort on my part to get them to agree to come back and remedy the situation. I dont like to hear it looks good or thats the way it should look when I know it doesnt look good. When they sent the work crew back, it took them about an hour to make it look right."
