The cameras then can be seen through an online app (on your phone or through a special web address), but occasionally there's a glitch, as with most online things. Now, other companies might forget you or want more money after they've done the installation. But not Brian. The glitches are only every now and then, but when they happen, I reach out to him and he gets right on it. He stands by his systems and he troubleshoots it, and you're back up and running. "The owner was responsive and timely. We had black chain link fencing installed but some of the latches, etc did not match. When I called the owner he came out promptly and spray painted the parts. Unfortunately, it was raining when his crew was finishing the fence installation and he said that is why it wasn't done earlier. That doesn't explain why they didn't follow up with me and I had to call to request the work be done. Also, several months later I noticed they did not install a bottom rail. I had not specifically requested it, but without a bottom rail the dog can push and wiggle out under the fence, so I believe they should have brought that to my attention. When I called about the problem, I never got a call back, but it was shortly after Hurricane Irma so I know it was a very busy time."
