He came earlier than originally scheduled, but they called to get permission first. He was very polite. He explained what happened (a pipe had burst over the winter to one of my two outside spigots because likely water was in the pipe and it froze, expanding the pipe and cracking it). He replaced that section of the pipe and put a turn off on it, so I will easily be able to drain the pipe in the fall. I showed him my other outside spigot , and I was pleased the fellow is honest and said I could add a turn off on this one, too, but it would cost another $450. or not do it, since there is no problem with it currently; besides, this one is just outside the living room wall and we would have to remove a bit of the inside wall to do it. I very much liked that he didn t try to push me into doing that, just to make another sale. That, alone, will get my next job done by this company. The work was fast & good. As far as the $, I didn t get other estimates so I don t know if the $450 I paid is within a normal range, and that s the only reason I gave price a half star less. Otherwise top notch company & work, and I will use them again if necessary."

"Gas line - valves replacement & some gas line disconnected completely. Ryan was the technician who came to my home. Very polite & very respectful. I told him what needed to be done & he set to work & took care of everything. Local gas company had no problem with the job & turned my gas back on. Thank you Ryan. If or when needed in the future, I will call them out again. Also, the office assistant was very polite over the phone."

I’m not familiar with plumber pricing, especially for emergency service, but $515 seemed extremely high for about an hours work."

Was not told ahead of time that I would need to pay 408 dollars for essentially hooking up a wet vac to the end of a pipe and turning it on for thirty seconds Expected to pay $200 Actual payment was $493 Line codes from the invoice S-Service Call $85.00 S-Blow Out Condensate Drain $408.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK / RECOMMENDATIONS from vendor Condensate pvc drain clogged with sludge & slime. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."

I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. I asked about cheaper fixes and they advised replacing the whole valves, which was actually what I preferred. They gave a price and it was exactly what I researched as being a good, reasonable price. They were quick and exact and tested all of the valves that they replaced (hot/cold/dishwasher). I have used them in the past and have also used other plumbing services. The other plumbing services that I have used were shoddy at best and not very professional. This service is just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely use this service again.
