"I called just after 7am in the Morning on Saturday. The owner of the business picked up my call & gave me a time he'd be available. Ivan gave me time to get verification that time would be good. When I called back I got both pricing and approximate duration for that type of service. Both were quite reasonable. Thus, I had another company simply remove the garbage disposal. The most annoying aspect of this whole thing was the tech putting Mr. Rooter stickers on every component he could find - the garbage disposal, water heater (in garage), and fuse box (in laundry room)!"
