"Bruce Heuer was very professional, personal, efficient and very honest. You won't find better service. Not only would I highly recommend BB&B Plumbing and Heating but I would not use anyone else for any of my projects."

"Wonderful. Joe, Nelson, and the entire team did a great job. Polite, friendly, and efficient. Cost-effective too. We will definitely consider using them again for the inevitable kitchen and bathroom remodeling."

"Jamie not only fixed the problem but installed another line which insures that we'll never face the same problem again. First-rate job!"

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"I recently had a crack in my acrylic bathtub and called TriState Home Services to replace the tub. We decided to replace it with the same soaking tub to avoid any unnecessary damage to the ceramic tile we put in a few years ago. Bryan, the plumbing specialist at TriState did just that! He did an awesome job on this project. I also want to say how impressed I was with their customer service department, particularly with Megan, in her quick response to my emails along with making me feel so comfortable throughout the whole job."

"Roland and team did a fantastic job on my new LVP floors! I could not be happier with the installation and finishing the team did on the transitions from my living room, stairs and foyer. They also did some painting and lite plumbing work. I can always count in this team to do a great job on all my home remodeling and repair needs!"

"Tri-County Pump Service replaced my well pressure tank and switch. They did a great job. They knocked it out in 2 hours and were friendly and helpful. They are definitely going to be my first call for any plumbing issues."

"I thought the quality work was very good. They were on time. They diagnosed the problem quickly. I just love that they gave a nice service. I haven't experienced any problem. They go out of their way to get the parts needed for repairs."

"I had a french drain with sump pump installed in JAN 2023. I am happy with the remediation and the resolution given on March 2023."
