"They have previously replaced one of the pieces of wood that broke off the gate and they have worked on the gate when it would not open (determined there was a defect due to the cold) and replaced the defective part.  We have always been happy with their work. "At first, I was very disappointed with the result. The boards were crooked, the fence was not plumb, and the concrete that was placed in the holes to support the posts was a total mess. Howver, I contacted Mr. Crossland in the Corpus office. This is one man that GETS it! He listened. He didnt make excuses. He simply handled it. Keep in mind, I was angry and highly skeptical. I have dealt with one bad contractor after another & was prepared for yet another let down. Mr. Crossland maintained open communication, he let me vent and frankly, I said some very harsh, albeit truthful, things. A week later i had the beautiful fence I paid for! They replaced the warped boards, fixed the concrete mess & even added a railing "cap" along the top for no additional cost. It looks awesome! There are SOO many companies out there that could learn alot from D&C fence's commitment to customer service! I gave them a B because the first 6 months were so stressful and it took a few times before Mr Crossland stepped in. But the bottom line is this is a professional company that actually cares about customers!"

"<p>Their quality of work and service has not diminished at all from the first remodel they did at our house. They were still prompt with every appointment, and started work on the dates and times they scheduled with us. The bedroom they painted looks great, and we haven't had any problems with the ceiling fan install. The new portions of the fence they installed are fantastic. The new gates are very solid and we expect none of the difficulties we were having with the old wood-framed gates. </p> <p>We had a slight problem in design of the concrete footers for them to overcome; we needed them to offer rainwater drainage from the yard but we also have small dogs that might escape through drainage holes in the footer. Bryant constructed the fence so that the drainage holes were partially blocked by removable boards, so we could take them out if we needed more drainage and replace them afterwards.</p> <p>As before, their prices were reasonable and they completed the work within their initial time estimates. We'll be going back to Bryant to finish up the remaining older portions of our fence, and for a few renovations inside the house.</p> <br />"

"Scott Ballard was very pleasant to work with. He came to a property I had just purchased to measure and quote a chain link fence I wanted installed for dog enclosure. The fence measured approximately 450 feet. I wanted three gates. Not only did Scott make very accurate notes about my needs, he also let me know that some of what was quoted by another fence company was not necessary. The other company quoted gate sizes that were larger and more expensive than I needed. I appreciate the protection from spending more than I needed to. <br /> <br />The crew came a few days after I accepted the quote. The crew worked hard and carefully and accurately. They made sure everything was the way I wanted it and to my expectations. "First of all, the owner promptly answered or returned all my calls. He came out quickly to give an estimate, was able to schedule the service within the next week, and had the job completed within two days. <br /> Unfortunately, my husband was rushed to the hospital the Sunday before they were to install my fence. It was very difficult to meet up with them to pay for the service. The owner met me at the hospital after hours to get his check. <br /> Also, while they were installing my fence, we received a large delivery of flooring. The truck driver didn't have the equipment to unload this very heavy material and the workers from Triple T volunteered to unload the truck and stack it neatly on my front porch. <br /> Triple T is a fantastic business.
