He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

The team spent all day from 7am to 5pm, and finished the entire roof in 1 day. All vent pipes were well-sealed and the chimneys had flashing and caulk seals, for the very first time. Heritage roofing was everything a roofing company should be. They were efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. Afterward the Heritage team completely cleaned the property and removed all of the old roofing materials. Everyone was polite and professional."

"Mr. Lysdale listened to what I wanted and gave a reasonable estimate that was comparable to other estimates I had received. He obtained a permit for the work and he and his employees showed up to do the work on time (not counting a one day delay due to rain). The job was finished quickly and for the price quoted. When I came home at lunch on the first day of work I had a concern about the way the gaps between the aluminum posts and the porch siding on the inside of the porch looked. This was due to the how the vinyl house trim met the siding and was not due to a flaw in how the screen was being installed. Also, the trim and screen post were flush on the outside so there was no gap for bugs to enter. Even though it was a minor issue, it would have bothered me, but the problem was the existing house siding not the screen so I told Mr. Lysdale it would be fine. However, when I came home that evening I found that Mr. Lysdale and his crew had gone to the extra trouble to fashion covers for these gaps on the inside of the porch out of strips of aluminum. The end result was very attractive. The screen room has been in place for four months so far - no problems have developed and it is holding up well against my cats who frequently climb the screen."
