Get matched with top sewer main clearers in Milpitas, CA

"Had a slow drain in the kitchen sink. Was able to get an appointment the next day. Person scheduling the appointment was emphatic that they do not quote the job until the tech has a look of the problem. Their price, however, was competitive and in-line with the one other quote I got over text message. The tech was friendly, super knowledgable, and got my clogged cleared up within one hour. Definitely recommend!!!"

"Jess helped us out with the huge job of replacing the entire sewer main pipe from under our house to the sidewalk given that our old cast iron pipes were corroded and kept getting blocked by roots. This was a 3 day job involving a multiple person team. We went with Jess given that his estimate seemed fair and beat out other competitors. The work ended up being more labor intensive than anticipated, as digging to the city sewer line, which should have taken hours, ended up taking a day and a half due to unseen gnarled roots and cement in the soil. Despite this, Jess and his team worked diligently, showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. They were courteous, professional, and very hard working. I will not hesitate to contact Jess for our future plumbing needs. Photo shows old pipe vs new pipe."

"We thought we needed just our washer drain unclogged so we called the company that had fixed that before, you guys. Guys came out. Under the house they discovered rusted sewer lines. When we had our plumbing redone years ago, the company who did those did not remove the old lines. Those old lines were up against the sewer lines and were corroding our sewer lines. So we had to replace the sewer lines. A broken line just before the city line was discovered so we had to replace that too. Anyhow, we so appreciated the kind workers who smiled and waved at us. They worked around our water schedule as we have a physically disabled adult son we care for. They let us watch all the things they had to do. I took pictures and the guys were fine with that. My brand new front yard was not ruined by trenchless sewer system that went in. And my yard looks like we never had sewer lines done. It was amazing. Yes, we would recommend you to all."

"Wilmer is very professional and friendly. He was the first one responding to our query. He sent us a message and also called us and left voice message. Once he arrived, he looked at the problem and told me his solution. He answered all my questions. He and his teammate cleared the main sewer pipe. After that, we tested with no issues. I am very satisfied his service. Will work him again in the future. Thanks very much! Yi"

"Mike knew what he was doing and explained the whole process for us. After unblocking the clogged pipe, he recommended using a tv probe to check out the pipe. This allowed us to see the condition of our sewer pipe and take the necessary flushing option. I feel much better knowing the condition of our sewer pipes."

"The actual job was to essentially replace the entire sewer system from fixtures to the town hookup, along with replacing toilets. Daniel and Jaime were awesome!. We contacted them based on very positive feedback from a neighbor who had them perform some work for her. They did a very thorough up front inspection (with pictures) and explained the current state of the system and provided a variety of options to address the issues they found. All of their work was top notch (and included before and after pictures). They always kept us informed of what was happening when - and were always on time. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and why. The work was performed in a minimally disruptive way - we almost always had some level of service available (a working bathroom, etc). They started the job by laying down some impressive floor coverings to protect the house, and at the end of each day they cleaned things up. When the project was completed they restored the front yard very nicely (they left very few signs that anything was done - which was impressive considering the amount of work done). They were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. I am a completely satisfied customer and would recommend Swags without reservation."

"Shower and toilet drain were clocked and water was running up. Issue was coming from the main sewer, they helped clear it up."

"You will be so pleased that you chose The Tankless Guys to look after EVERYTHING and anything to do with plumbing in your home. Gert has been my go to professional for over 10 years for ALL my plumbing needs. He operates with the highest integrity. His top priority is to do what is in the best interests of his clients. Gert and Sergio installed my new water heater two years ago. Sergio stayed for much longer than he shouldâ ve after installation was complete. He took extra care to figure out how to program the timer for my existing hot water recirculator which was not part of the water heater job. He didnâ t have to stay, but thatâ s how Gert and Sergio are. True professionals willing to lend their expertise. Some plumbing companies out there send NOT very qualified plumbers to do the minimal and/or charge you a significant amount for unnecessary work. Gert is a straight shooter. He has saved me a ton of money to replace what needed to be replaced and NOT replacing what did not need to be replaced or fixed. He will tell you whatâ s the most economical and efficient and what you need to do to protect your home from future plumbing problems. If you want cut rate prices with NOT the most qualified plumbers, donâ t call The Tankless guys. If you are looking for a team who thoughtfully looks after your whole home and considers preventative measures that you might not have considered, Youâ ll be so happy you called the Tankless Guys. Remember you get what you pay for."

"Good service: start and finished the job on time; no open ground for sewer line replacement so the lawn is intact; good price; good communication and overall quality."

"Jonny was very thorough and checked with the City to determine if the blockage was on my property or the City. He then explained the problem and performed work with efficiency. Everything was completely cleaned up."
