I have no issues with the repairman or the repairs made; my only criticism would be that some portion of the $68.00 service call should be put towards the labor. The repair in my case was rather simple and the repairman was very sure what was needed (hence there was no need for diagnostics). The entire service call, arrival to departure, was probably less than 45 minutes. I paid $35 in parts, $2.65 tax on parts, $9 in labor and $68 for the service call. I recognize that fuel and overhead are significant costs, but perhaps labor kicking in after an hour of work would be more palatable to the customer. While pricy because of the service call charge, I was very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely consider, if not use, this business in the future. I'll recommend to friends or neighbors, but I would explain my thoughts with the pricing."
