They entered our home with booties and masks at all time unlike the previous company that did not. I did not have clean up after the work and Uriel was able to match the color on our beams (two different colors) perfectly. To the untrained eye, we couldn't tell where the drilled holes were. We were told by the other company that we would have to buy primer and paint to cover up the treated areas. Jameson's and Uriel's knowledge, customer service and professionalism are outstanding! "Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

After we cleaned out most of garage in prep for repair work, found many places with evidence of infestation, not found by company. Company recommended tenting the house. Not practical for us at this time. Recommended a repair person knowledgeable of termite damage. Called. No response. Will call for treatment after structural work is completed."
