When the crew showed up to replace the roof, they were on time and worked so hard. Finished in the same day, including cleanup. Gutters were installed the next afternoon. "Jeff has been to our home a number of times. He did a roof inspection and found our roof to still be in good shape. Then following a recent windstorm, we lost the shingles on the roof cap. Jeff insepcted the roof again, told us he had replacements in his shop and came back a couple of days later to replace them...all at NO charge! Just incredible. Wonderful guy, wonderful company."

"The good: Lakewood Exteriors did a great job with our roof replacement. The project was completed with decent quality, on time, and at a reasonable rate. The bad: Communication was difficult. We received half answers to questions we asked on multiple occasions. He committed to signing a Roof Cert Form for insurance, but a month and a half after the project was completed, we are still waiting on this form. At end of the day, while I was happy with the work and the price, I wish I spent a little more to work with a more professional operation. "
