The crew were so efficient and the cleanup of our yard was so good would not know such extensive work had been completed. New roof looks so good. "We hired Joyland to replace our aging roof on the house and the garage. It was a large project that needed repairs and they were prepared for all of it. Their cost came in line with others and the clean up was amazing. I was kept informed daily with progress and extra costs for damage repair so i had no surprises in the end. Everyone we dealt with from getting our estimate from Beniah to the final manager inspection from Jamie were a pleasure to deal with. The roofing crew run by Elio were respectful and friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them for roofing and I will be using them for my gutter replacement in the future. "

Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident."

"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"
