The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. "<p>The project went great.  Greg set up a day to come discuss our plans very soon after I contacted him.  He visited us one evening and spent about an hour going over what we wanted to do.  He made his notes and said he would go complete his quote and would get back to us.  Within a few days he called and went over the quote and we decided to move forward with Greg and have them do the project.  Soon after materials started arriving at our house and work began.  The project was quite extensive as we had to have the roof over our screened porch extended to cover our uncovered open deck.  Greg was very aware of the urgency to get the roof built since the back half of our house had to be re-shingled, and he wanted to get it done before any rain came.  The roof got done and work began to enclose our sunroom and build the screened porch.  Materials continue to be delivered as they were needed and the project continued until completion.  Greg was always available to answer any questions we had and to offer suggestions that only enhanced our project.  He and all his crew were always professional and did an outstanding job.  I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.  Job well done, our sunroom and screened porch turned out great!</p> <br />"

"After we were so pleased with Scott Pape's company we regretted that we hadn't known of him when we had our laminate flooring installed in the living room, dining room and hallway of our home. We had been told by the first contractor we could not install laminate on steps; I had been told otherwise. I called Pape's and he confirmed we could in fact. I ordered the laminate to match our existing floors; Scott Pape arrived as always on time. In one afternoon we had beautiful steps installed. When first viewing the project he had made a recommendation on stair nosing and had given us a couple of suggested merchants. His choices were perfect! When I had a small issue with one stairnose and quot;poppingand quot; he came out IMMEDIATELY, removed, reinstalled, and corrected the problem. In our opinion, that is far superior to someone that never has to address a problem; the fact he responds, listens, and corrects timely is indicative of his professionalism. I was so happy that while my husband was in the hospital for a scheduled procedure I had Pape's return and install laminate flooring in our master bedroom. He knew I was in a time constraint and again was prompt, removed all the furniture and carpeting, installed the flooring, rehung (and adjusted doors that had never worked properly for me) doors, and replaced my furniture. <br /> I cannot say enought about the satisfaction of working with this company. I only regret we have about exhausted our remodeling needs but am so pleased that I have recommened him to our church building committee."
