He was a about a half hour late for the appointment but did call. I would suggest to be honest with the pricing up front. They couldn't give me a up front cost.  <br /> <br /> I did pay more then I had expected to and think they were a little higher then other companies. I would use them again if the pricing was right, I don't want to spend $5,000 on replacing my chimney."

"We called Innovations to help us with an existing gas fireplace that was sending exhaust fumes into our living room. First, a technician came out to check the fireplace interior. He improved upon a cleaning that we had done about 6 months ago by a different company. He determined that there might be a problem with the vent pipes in the chimney. This technician was, prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable and thorough. At his suggestion, we had two more technicians from Innovations who do the exterior work come and inspect the chimney by going up on the roof and looking down. They found a crushed vent pipe which was resticting the air flow, went back to the shop and returned and replaced the pipe. They also were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Their work greatly improved the problem. All in all, we are very pleased with Innovations, in terms of their people, promptness, responsiveness, expertise and price. Their price for all this service which included two house calls, cleaning and inspecting the fireplace, inspecting the chimney and getting and replacing the vent pipe, was very reasonable."
