If it's important to you, have them put it in the contract. Never rely on oral promises or the sales pitch from this business. Even if they say something is standard, have them put it in the contract. And check the work regularly to make sure they actually fulfilled their obligations. Passing an inspection and fulfilling a contract are two different things. "

"All the way from Monty the estimator, to Victoria the office staff and Devon the owner these folks are true professionals. They were very timely, responsive and accommodating. I had a slight hiccup and it was totally my fault. I share this so no one else ever does this. Prior to Devon and his crew arriving I thought it would be a good idea to paint the metal I could reach on my pool enclosure. I went to Home Depot and they told me what paint to use. I’m a woman and at this time my husband is disabled, so I did this on my own. It sure looked pretty. Well long story short when Devon arrived to do the job he asked if I painted the pool enclosure metal. I stated yes. He advised me politely and respectfully that I should not have done that. Unfortunately because I did that they were not able to do the entire screw replacement but they did replace all the anchor screws. I unintentionally made their job more difficult but Devon and his crew were very patient with me. He and his crew went above and beyond. Devon suggested a hatch door in the roof of the pool enclosure so that I could get at the super gutter to clean the leaves out. It is the best thing since sliced bread. I only wish I had 2 of them installed. He and his crew worked very hard throughout the day. The quality of work was an A+++. The price was very fair for the work preformed and the clean up was impeccable. I would hire Devon AKA Mr. Screen in a heartbeat. Thank You Devon and your crew for the great work. "David Spence did it again!! We had 2 bathrooms that needed to be gutted and one a conversion from tub to shower only. Not only did David Spence come in at a fair price, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tile for second bath was running behind so instead of having us wait for it to come in, he gave us a choice to go pick out tile from Floor and Decor, which we did and the bathroom looks beautiful. Great customer service! We love that Ched and Tristan took time to answer any concerns we had along the way and they kept us up to date on the daily work.
