"Our plumbing woes started the evening before we called Tampa Bay Plumbing with our main toilet completely nonfunctional and sewage water backed up and flooded through the shower drain in our master bath with drainage/pressure issues in our other bathroom as well. We were able to stabilize the situation that night and called the following morning. I explained the situation and they were very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and said someone would be out in a couple of hours. I fully expected the typical 4+ hour window of availability much later in the day, but in less than 2 hours I received both an email and text with a picture of the employee who would be coming out saying that he was already on his way. Very professional and put me at ease immediately. Charles was wonderful (and great with our dog too!), and after a quick assessment recommended clearing the blockage through our roof vent, an option I didn't even know was a possibility. He explained the process, I signed a written estimate, and he carried out the job in under an hour. We didn't pay one penny over the original written estimate (with the estimate and invoice also emailed). Charles cleared the blockage at 60 feet and then went an additional 40 ft to ensure everything was flowing well past the city clean out. Excellent service from beginning to end. Would definitely call them again if we have any further plumbing issues and recommend to our local friends and family."
