"I contacted this company almost 2 years ago. The “training” they provide is not training. It’s a piece of paper they give you to train your own dog. My dog is medium sized and he became very nervous and didn’t want to go out. I called several times and after they get your money they don’t care. The put the line in right after winter, but the ground was frozen in the back stil so they told me they would come back and dig when the ground was thawed. They never did. I had to call them and they acted like I was bothering. Then after I finally got my dog ok with going on with the collar he got out the yard a couple of times. I checked the collar and it wasn’t working. I reported this to them and they kept telling me make sure it’s charged. I finally recorded that it was fully charged and not working. He came out a week later and tried to tell me it was the collar and I showed him the video and he rocked the box and it was the box. Use another company please!"

"In May 2020, we gave a $1,000 deposit for a fence job for our yard. The materials would take 4 to 6 weeks we were told. A couple of months passed. We tried calling Haley Bros but nobody answered the phone and you can’t leave messages on that phone. So, I sent a couple of e-mails through the website over the summer asking to call me back and inquiring about the job. I got no response back. I saw the address listed on the website so I took a ride there only to find there was nobody in the building, it was cleaned out, vacant. We thought Haley had left town. So, we hired another fence company to do the job. In late September we got a call from someone from Haley stating the materials were in. We told them we tried getting a hold of them all summer and the job was done. We asked them to have the Manager call us as we would like our deposit returned to us. Nobody ever called us back. And again, we called and nobody answered and I cannot leave a message. Very poor business."

"2nd time hiring Carmen to do work. First time he installed some windows and fixed some gutters for me. This time he removed a weird section of wall and fixed it. He was timely, professional and a nice guy. It's only him working all of these jobs, please be patient if he doesn't get back to you. He eventually will and he is worth the wait."

"We had a few existing fence sections, previously installed by Bruce Fence about 5or 6 years ago, moved about 6 feet further out from their location in order to pick up some extra footage in our backyard. The job entailed new posts (which i admittedly became quite impatient with the extra weeks it took to order them), but otherwise our fence sections were reused, with the addition of 1 new panel. Chad, CJ, and one more installer did a fantastic job and we are very happy! Chad explained the procedures as they went along and asked for our opinions whenever there was a choice or decision regarding placement. Because there were gas and electric lines in that area, they had to hand dig the post holes rather than being able to use a machine, and they did so carefully, with no issues. They were even kind enough to remove an old wooden post for us as a favor. Our gate swings open and closed freely and smoothly, which can sometimes be a challenge. The guys were professional, courteous, and helpful and completely cleaned up any refuse from the job. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend. Thank you, Bruce Fence, Chad, and crew!"
