After Paulo examined the condition he came down, with pictures, and explained the condition, not good, and what he would do to remedy the situation. One solution for one flu was to put in a liner. In the near future he will remedy the other conditions. His suggestions are on target, professional, advises what work he can do and what he doesn't do. He recommended other work be done before he comes back to do those things he suggested .  This company becomes very busy in the summer and I suggest that if you want an honest, reliable, and responsive company in this field, you call them as soon as you can. Otherwise you'll miss out on a great company. Finally, they did my daughter's roof a few years ago, wonderful job with lots of advice as they progressed. Get him before you miss out.

"Very easy to deal with, estimate was very good. Other than needing 14 extra pieces of plywood (that I thought they would have noticed at estimate due to metal snow barriers on the front and back (no plywood underneath that) that added to the final price. The final total was still less than 3 other estimates we received. Workers worked very hard in 95 degree heat on the roof, but got the job done in 1 day. Very happy with work . Just would have liked that they were more careful with the landscaping and plants in the front, told them 3 times to cover the garden with tarp and they didn't, and some damage was done to plantings. All in all I would recommend the company."
