"Hilario is a very thoughtful person and very mindful of his customers and business. During the estimate he advised us of our options and we settled on what was to be done. He gave us a start date and his guys showed up on time on the date we were told. Cleaning and preparations of the plaster service were completed on that day. Hilario was either on the job or in contact with us every day to lead us through the process. He kept us up to date on each step. We actually changed our minds about which surface we wanted in our pool and he made the change immediately without any time changes to the schedule. During the last step we decided we wanted to replace our fiber optic pool light with something more modern. Hilario told us if our options and helped us decide what would work the best for our pool. Hilario actually did the light replacement himself and did a great job installing the our new LED pool light. The new light is programmable so he ran is through the instructions. This guy is really on the ball and treated us great by keeping in touch during each step. My wife is picky and she even said he did a great job for a very reasonable price. When we had other companies here for estimates they tried to gouge us for every little thing. I hate that kind of treatment. Hilario still keeps in touch asking how everything is going with his work. I would definitely hire him again."

"This is my second time using Ricky's services. We communicated via text to arrange appointment time. He provided 4 hour window for service and text his arrival time 30 min before. Once arriving he and I walked the lawn & he listened to my concerns & desires for improvement. He took time to educate me on the condition of my lawn and ways to improve. His improvement suggestions were all DIY options. At the end he mentioned he does offer extended services for lawn care beyond aeration if I want to consider outsourcing. "I had a very large section of front yard where grass died in drought & needed dirt and new sod.    Great job!  All problems were solved and the yard looks great.  They put mulch around trees, cleaned the beds, swept the side-walk, put the new dirt in and pieced the sod to fill in all the bare patches & filled a sunken spot by driveway .
All-in-all a really good job.  I would definitely recommend them to folks.  I'm planning to use them again to re-do the front walk-way to the front door."

He came out and was friendly, professional and informative as he looked at the work to be done and talked to us about the project.
During the project estimate, Rob took the time to explain to us (without all the technical jargon) about how he follows the recommendations of the International Society of Arboricultural, which outline the proper ways to care for different trees. He went over in detail not only what he would be using to fertilize and feed our trees, but WHY he was using low-salt fertilizers and adding organic “bio-packs” to the soil around our trees.
When we gave the go-ahead to do the work, the crew showed up on schedule and began trimming trees, digging the root barrier trenches and adding the nutrients to the areas that needed it. The crew was professional and kept the work areas clean and free of safety hazards while they were on site and after leaving for the day (this was a 3 day project).
Our project was finished a half-day ahead of schedule, thanks to the hard work of Rob Brundrett at WorksByRob. The work area was cleaned up better than it was when his workers arrived, and they even helped remove some debris leftover from earlier work I had done in the yard but hadn’t had a chance to pick up myself.
