"I recently had my entire roof replaced by Sunny Skyline Roofing & Construction. Sergio provided a quote of $14,910.00. I had already obtained 3 other quotes ranging from $14,300 to $16,470 and proceeded with Sergio's proposal. After signing, Sergio informed me later that day about additional issues found with the decking, which needed replacement. He stated that I needed an additional 800 square feet of decking which would cost $5,200. Talk about ?bait and switch? because now the project has increased to $20,000 instead of $14,910.00 originally quoted. I signed the revised agreement, as the work had already begun. They are entitled to a profit but please don?t ?rip off? customers through inflated or deceptive pricing. I give them an (A) for Workmanship, an (A-) for Clean-Up because the crew left bits of insulation in my back yard, and a (B-) for Cost/Transparency due to the additional THOUSANDS of dollars it cost me through their bait and switch tactic."
