It was amazing to watch them flush out the gunk that was in the well and install the new pump. It made a great difference in the water quality after they flushed out the well. Pretty certain that was not something the last installer did. However, the constant pressure system they installed is to die for! After living here for 40+ years and dealing with low pressure problems it was just something we felt we had to live with. Hoosier drain even provided us with a temporary fix by dropping a new pump on our old pump until they were able to get drillers out with no extra charge. We were given estimates day 1 and had no surprises at all on the cost. Dave and his team (Matt, Baylon, Damon and more), were very educated and made sure to explain everything clearly so we understood each step and could make educated decisions on how to proceed. They used a third party for drilling, yet still helped fill the holes the drilling truck made- again without even being asked. They also brought out tools to the drilling company to trim the trees so that we could get the new well drilled asap. Super thankful we utilized this company and would recommend them again and again! "He, himself, arrived at our scheduled time and was professional and informative from the get-go. He tested our water and confirmed it was pretty awful, which of course, we already knew.. we just didn't know how bad. He made some suggestions and we were completely sold on his advice, confidence, suggestions and knowledge. They did a great job, answered lots of questions and advised that we'd see instant results in the cold water and once the hot water tank was empty with existing water, instant results there too... in maybe 5 days. It only took 4!! WE LOVE OUR WATER and no longer hold our noses when showering or brushing our teeth. We no longer race out to buy bags of ice when company is on the way and we can actually drink water from the filter water from the kitchen sink for the first time ever.
