"The owner showed up on the first day of the job with his crew & they were very professional & got the 12x24 deck done in only 4 days(no footings)They replaced all the decking & rails & completely new stair setup. "Outstanding Service by JCP Glass Works. I thought I had cracked a few small windows on a basement window. JCP arrived on a quick call over the weekend (they squeezed me in). I had an alarm indicator tell me the window was broken. It looked crack to me. JCP came and showed me there was no damage. Honesty and Integrity is a breathe of fresh air these days. "I love my sunroom. I love them. They were really nice. Chris was a wonderful man and the girl in the office was always very helpful. I've never had a problem. Every question I had they answered it. They even brought me books because some of my neighbors wanted to use them. I totally recommend them. They were really very good. The man who put up the sunroom was just absolutely excellent. One person put up the sunroom, but I had to have a person to do the underground work, to put in the pinnings on the ground and that's a different company altogether. So, the only thing people would look out for is the company that they choose and do research on that company. They get a contractor to put in the underpinnings down in the ground that the sunroom would stand on and the guy was good. I don't know him, but I'm just saying that people would need to check on that, not just the sunroom. The man who put up the sunroom was here every morning at the crack of dawn. They're not city slickers. I would definitely use them again. It was really well done."
