"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

In fact, I got a metal ridgeline overlaid on top of the shingles actually looks pretty good and a great repair at a reasonable price. I will be getting a full metal roof with them in the future."

"These guys are amazing. Brand new roof shingles that crapped out in a wind storm, and our warranty weaseled out of repairing their work. These guys came out and did a better job than the original. Furthermore, their price was fair, their response was faster than anyone else, and both guys that showed up were professional and courteous. They really went above and beyond. "Listen. i bought this house and it has a rubber roof. Why the **** there is a rubber roof on it? the heck if i know. In 3 three years it started being an issue with animals running across it and acorn dropping and making holes in it. it was becoming an issue I did not want to deal with. I called all the top roofing places and they told me that I could not put a regular roof on it. Shane told me to call his mom at Integrity she came out fixed the issue and assured me that we could put a regular shingled roof on it. Time passed and Shane came out and gave us an estimate. I previously had a ranch style 1100 square foot home in groveport. that roof cost me $25,000. My current home in Olde Orchard is almost 3xs the size of my former groveport home and the cost for this roof was less than half. So yes we jumped on it. the crew came out and did their thing. my house looks 100% better."

It was hard not to pass the deal Up so we went with the quote. Thinking it would be weeks before they started the job I was surprised when Devan the project manager called and said a crew would be out the next day. "The roofing was very well done. It would have been nice if dimensional shingles were used ( we just assumed that they would be). There was a $4000 increase in the estimate due to the home needing all new sheeting under the shingles. We later learned that the insurance co. would make a slight adjustment for the new sheeting but this information was not given to us by Brothers Roofing and I think it should have been."
