I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "Our sump pump was not discharging water out to the curb. The night before, there was continuous rain for hours and led to the sump pump filling up. I called Drain Doctor of Cols, late the next morning, with the expectation of not being able to have a tech come out the same day. Tommy said he had a booked schedule, yet said we would be the last appt for the day. I explained the situation to him and he said no problem. Our sump pump was replaced and had couple of our lines cleaned out from the downspout to the curb. With this all said, Tommy was professional, honest with what needed to get done and was in contact several times to let us know his status. Also, the overall price was fair for the work/job performed; which Tommy explained the cost/pricing before doing any work.
