I’ve owned a couple of older houses that have had plumbing problems due to copper piping or the plumbing line breaking and needing replaced and I’ve had to use them multiple times, especially in my current house because of the plumbing being neglected from previous owners and they’ve really helped me out a lot on this current house. This current house has been kind of a nightmare.😔 but I’ve always been able to depend on them and trust them to fix it the first time. They didn’t overcharge me or take advantage of me. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"At 1 am I woke up to a cold house and the temperature outside was 2 degrees. Erick was there by 2 am, replaced a blown capacitor and burnt out motor. I think it was at least partially caused by a power surge earlier in that day. Erick had a motor and capacitor on his truck and we had heat shortly. I actually think he motor is more efficient and heats the house quicker."
