"Giving Team Enoch 6 out of 5 stars here. Best experience I’ve ever had with an A/C service company. You’re not gonna get better pricing for service. Spoke to Miles over the phone yesterday. Told him a company from American Home Shield came out earlier at noon and diagnosed us with a failed compressor. Miles laid out multiple options with very competitive prices along with 0% interest. Took the time to really explain everything and educate me even though I could tell his phone was ringing off the hook. He even suggested calling a few more places to price compare because he knew his rates were more than fair. He then sent multiple competitive estimates to my email. When I explained my situation further to Miles about how a company from AHS left my house in a worse situation than it was before they came out, Miles offered to send someone out ASAP to look at what happened. The Team Enoch technician, Lupe, was on time, very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. I watched him open my condenser as we both saw that the AHS company that came out earlier actually disconnected multiple parts including my compressor. Once Lupe hooked it back up my compressor worked fine, but was low in Freon. Lupe filled it up for me, cleared out the drip line from the attic, and double checked my supply and return vents. Everything was in perfect working order again. Lupe even gave me several pro tips to limit how often I might need service repairs. "The reason for the 4 rating and not a 5 is the sales part of the experiences not the technicians and the work done. Larry was the technician for my water heater. I have previously written a review for the AC installment. Larry is amazing. He has a lot of experience but what impressed me more was the fact he was totally honest & cared about my experience as the consumer. I was actually told by one of the salesman that Daniel’s prices are higher than other companies. He was correct. They seem to want to immediately try to sell a new replacement without considering the customers situation. My water heater is only 15 months old but I clearly got a ‘lemon’ and it took 3 major parts to be replaced before it was fixed. The parts were still covered by the manufacturer warranty but the labor was not. After several trips it was fixed and from my conversations with the salesperson I felt he was pushing for me to purchase a new water heater and not really understanding of the fact that I had just replaced my AC and my water heater was only 15 months old. In the end, Larry, the technician, did the right thing. It has been a week now and my water heater is working fine. I appreciate honesty more than anything when dealing with these things. I feel like I got it but it took some extra pushing on my part and a technician who stood by what he said. The owner or rep of owner replied to my previous review on the Daniel’s site. I hope this review gives him the answer to why I have not given 5 stars for either review."
