"Our experience with Geno's Siding & Roofing Co. was great. Geno responded promptly, and scheduled a visit to look the job over. We had leaks around the windows in our laundry room. Geno advised the windows were fine, which we were glad to hear. He said he could remove the trim, and then install new aluminum casing around the windows. He also said he could install an aluminum sill sloped away from the windows. Russell (the technician) did a fantastic job. The result was better than I imagined it would look. We will definitely be contacting Geno when we need more work done."

James did me a huge favor by removing his trailer from my driveway while we waited for the rain to clear a few days, so that my neighbor could get in and out of the connected driveway. The thing you should know about J Parker is responsiveness and follow up. Anytime I had a question, James was always there via phone to speak or text and even after the job was complete, he helped me with a few unrelated jobs to the Roof, for which I was tremendously grateful. The bottom line is you can't go wrong selecting J Parker. Most roofers I contacted wouldn't even meet me for the estimate process, let alone call you back. James will do a great job for you and the price is reasonable. When you meet James, I can pretty much guarantee that you will be impressed with his knowledge and follow up. And, most importantly, you will be happy with your new roof."

"They replaced our 2700 sq ft roof in 1 day! They did a great job overall, an extremely small piece of drywall needed to be replaced from a misstep, but not at all due to poor workmanship. They contacted me immediately to schedule their carpenter to fix the issue, however I'm completing myself due to needing to rennovate that spare room, but they were ready to fix immediately. Price was on par with other estimates I received, but the reason we decided to hire Middle Creek Roofing was because they explained the materials that were going to be utilized and because of their 50yr warranty."

"So-so experience. Job was bid and performed in the depths of the recession - I think he priced it so low that he needed to cut corners. Plus: did job quickly, when scheduled. Old roof was removed with only medium amount of mess. New roof went on OK. He did an OK job installing a skylight in the new roof. Minus: He reused the old gutters, which I would not recommend anyone else do - they were pretty battered by the time they had been removed and replaced. Some of them still don't drain right. Here's the worst part: on the last day, one of his guys fell off the roof. My wife was in the dining room and saw him bounce off our back stairs and land on the grass. Fortunately, he didn't seem to be badly hurt, as he ultimately landed on boggy grass. However, Scheinfeld, when told about this, took more than an hour to show up, and the injured worker called us a few days later asking for our homeowner's policy info, thinking that we would be paying for his medical care - can you believe it? I run a small business and am very familiar with the concept of Workmen's Comp - no telling what was going on between Scheinfeld and his workers, but something seemed to be very, very wrong. A couple of our gutters still don't drain right, despite several calls to have them adjusted. But the roof no longer leaks."
