Still believe it could have been done in one day if the crew, Alan and Thomas, hadn’t left shortly after 2pm the first day. They came back the second day and finished in about 3 hours; that’s including their break time. I’m very pleased with the finished project, but can’t give a higher rating because of the crew."

The owner is Charles Tim O’Neill who has built multi million dollar homes in the cliffs and other places he’s semi retired and started this company. he knows what quality is and the exact price that it should be, most of you probably had one or two of these TV ads to come to the house and give you a estimates that was out of sight, which we did also when I contacted Tim, he came over, and we have a modular unit and unfortunately in a modular unit they put mobile home showers In and all they are is a bunch of curves and things you cannot use and your sq foot square footage is limited. He looked at it said he could do something very nice for us and give us more square footage. Well it didn’t take one day or two days. It took three days, because of the quality of his work ! We highly recommend Simple Home Services, you will be very happy !!!"
