Called one appliance repair shop they came and diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price that seemed outrageous and would take 2 weeks to get the parts and install. Without knowing about the previous companies quote and diagnosis, Jabbar did his own diagnosis and found the problem to be the same as the other companies findings. The major difference was Jabbar's price was MUCH less than the other company's price and he was able to have my fridge fixed within 2 days. That was over 6months ago and I haven't had any problems with the refrigerator since the repairs was done. His professionalism was top notch, would definitely recommend."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
