His quote was significantly lower than all of the other quotes that I received. When I called the other contractors back to let them know that their quote was significantly higher than the best quote that I got, they adjusted their quotes and still were significantly more expensive than Polar Bear. Installation was done promptly, just in time for a heat wave. Overall very satisfied."

"It went really well. We gladly paid about an extra in order to address a major mold outbreak we had through our entire air ducts. After a thorough cleaning, they even installed a UV light to prevent the mold from re-occurring. Given that we have a really old A/C unit that's on its last legs, it was really needed."

He explained what the issue was (in a way that I could understand) and he gave me options. We ultimately decided to replace the unit. Since it was a Saturday night, we didnâ t expect anything until the next week. However he was able to temporarily get us cooling for the night and they were able to have the on call crew install the new unit Sunday morning!
