"Jim's office called promptly and set an appointment. He introduced himself politely and professionally, then efficiently went about his business inspecting the roof. He took photos of several trouble spots and showed them to me, explaining what each represented. His assessment and explanation of the cause of our roof leak was thorough. he also indicated the issue is less severe and less urgent than other companies had indicated. Jim explained other things to note about our roof, particularly its age and need for a replacement in a year or two. He offered to make the minor repairs to fix the small leak since the weather & roof had been dry for a couple weeks. Jim fixed the roof - temporarily, which he clearly explained - for under $100. So far, we've had bids for $2,000 and plenty companies saying they need to replace the whole roof."

"Ok john Scott roofing was awesome n professional from start to finish. Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. John Scott roofing not only was the most reasonable but an absolute pleasure to work with thank you agin roof looks great !!"

As a retired 34 year veteran of building subdivisions I can honestly say that my overall experience with Roman Roofing on my personal home was good enough in all areas to be quite surprising and even far better than I expected. They started and finished in 1 week from the start date. Even though there were significant issues discovered once the old roof was removed, the repairs were made quickly, without delay and at a price that was quite fair. I am well pleased."

"Only a one year warranty was offered, and little effort was made in the work for provision of longevity. This was their match for my standing-seam sheet-metal main roof which has 30 years of life expectancy remaining. Replacement hood is plastic and somewhat flimsy. Vent pipes are sealed with vinyl diaphragms rather than lead boots as we discussed. However, electrical mast appears well sealed. The best news is that the leaks have apparently stopped, for now at least."

Not only did he install our 2 Skylights perfectly, he noticed the prior roof contractor didn’t install the Ridge cap correctly, so he removed corrected that. He also fixed our Stand & Seam roof that a tree had fell on, coated with 100% Silicone on that, our Carport, and Lanai roofs after power washing them. He did a great job, at a great price!
