"Mike and his team did an exceptional job. The work itself was an overhaul of an outdated General Pacific Panel and relocation of an out of code closet panel to the outside, mast/riser, etc. This also requires arc faults, GFIs, ground rods, etc. They explained each step, walked me through the ins and outs of where the wiring was going, where the ground rods were getting placed, what types of breakers were needed for code, and came in below budget. Hard to find folks that shoot you straight, take care of all the additional questions you have, and allow you to make small changes to statement of work all under budget (I.e. installed an additional outlet and hardwired a ring doorbell through masonry). Would recommend you check them out, especially if you need an old General Pacific panel replaced or 50s/60s electrical brought up to code."

"I called Freedom Electric to take care of several small jobs based on many good reviews on Angie's List, and I'm glad I did. Roger came out and installed a new outdoor outlet for a drainage pump and removed old, unnecessary pool wiring. He found the problem with our kitchen light (a bad switch) and replaced it. He also recommended that we look into replacing some track lighting ourselves, as the cost to repair the malfunctioning light could be higher than purchasing a newer (and more modern) set. He worked quickly and efficiently, his rates were very reasonable, and I appreciate the newly-functional electrical work as well as the good cost-saving advice. I will definitely call Roger again when we need electrical work!"

"Absolutely excellent. I hired this company for a reasonably major job diagnosing and fixing a range of issues with my house. The home was built in 1980 and then radically expanded and remodeled (interior and exterior walls and the roofline all significantly altered) so the wiring and plumbing can be pretty tricky. These guys and girls were on the ball from second one. Everyone I spoke with was both professional and friendly. Notably so. Of course the electrician is what really matters here and he was super informative and helpful. He offered several solutions and explained the cost and benefits and negatives of each. When I decided what I wanted done he went straight to work and stayed that way for 5 or 6 hours straight. I have never been happier with any contractor. Definitely will hire again. PS If youâ re looking for the cheapest electrician look elsewhere. These people do things the right way based on what Iâ ve seen (I am a real estate appraiser so I have a really good idea what is and isnâ t good quality workmanship/materials) and thatâ s almost never the cheapest way."

"Johnnie and Kyle were lifesavers, literally! Our heater kept tripping the breaker and when my husband flipped the switch back on, sparks flew. Our home is new to us, but was built in the 70s, we were unaware of how bad the electrical wiring was, the Inspector, for some reason, didn't catch it when we bought the house. There was an older breaker box inside my husband's closet also, the wiring inside was a jumbled mess and had several burned areas. We were extremely lucky our house hadn't already burned down. Johnnie and Kyle worked way late into the night having to basically rewire everything. They took extra care in making sure our house was safe for us. We also had concerns over the cost, this was not the best time financially for us, but we were pleasantly surprised with what they charged us.
