"Tremendous experience. The Shake Guys replaced our cedar shake roof with DaVinci composite. Chris Paulus was our main contact and he was professional, courteous, responsive and honest. We had issues with a prior roofer and had to change course part way through the project. The Shake Guys took over and put all of our concerns to rest. I canâ t say enough positive things about this company and the way they conduct business. The crew handled our roof in five days. They worked extremely hard and long hours. The crew genuinely like each other and had fun while they were working. There was a job supervisor on hand to address any questions or issues throughout the job. In addition, Chris Paulus and other personnel would regularly stop by to survey the job progress and lend another set of eyes on the project. It gave us great comfort that so many roofing professionals were checking in on our job. The clean up at the end of each day was exceptional. The Shake Guys use a trailer to remove debris, so you donâ t have a dumpster sitting in front of your house- a nice touch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof replacement or repair. Absolutely top notch and a really pleasant experience."

"In May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!"

"I contacted Infinity Exteriors after a small leak appeared in our ~25 year old roof during a recent rain storm. Their representative, Ricky, arrived within 2 days to evaluate the situation and, after a thorough examination of both the exterior and interior structure of the roof, gave me the option to either patch the area causing the leak, together with another area with distorted shingles, or to replace the roof entirely. Given the age of the roof, I elected to proceed with the whole roof replacement and also had them install new gutter guards which I had been planning to replace in any case. Since I had an active leak, the roof replacement was scheduled for less than than 2 weeks after the initial contact. The entire process was very impressive. The roofing crew arrived as expected at 7:00 AM and immediately got to work, the dumpster and materials arrived within the next 2 hours, the original roof was stripped soon after noon. Several roof boards were replaced, a new water diverting "cricket" built above the chimney, new shingles and new chimney flashing installed and the work site thoroughly cleaned up by 8:00 PM the same day. I observed an outstanding work ethic from everyone on the crew. Gutter Guards were installed a few days later in a process that took less than 2 hours and a final inspection took place the day after that. Communication by phone and email throughout the entire process with both Ricky and the Project Manager, Jim, was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Exteriors and would definitely use them again."

"The exterior of our house in NW Evanston was damaged to the tune of nearly $25k following a significant hail storm. When it came time to replace our aluminum siding with Hardie we called Joe on the recommendation of a neighbor. Joe earned our trust early with great communication and helpful guidance throughout the claim process and was onsite to maximize the claim with our adjuster. We eventually received 4-6 competitive quotes on the project before signing a contract. Joe took the time to review these quotes and match another well-reviewed local contractor. The eventual teardown and installation took nearly 2 weeks, but Joe stopped by every 2 or so days to provide updates and finalize last minute color and design choices. We could not be happier with our experience and the finished project. I will be using Joe for all our future construction needs and referring him to our friends and family."
