After a verbal description of the property I got an immediate quote. The price was reasonable. At the property he met with each tenant and explained what he was doing, answered question then treated the apartments. Then he gave me a report with suggestions and asked me to call him in about a month with feedback. He said he would come back if needed at no additional cost. The problem is gone. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control.
