"The provider was extremely professional.  He did two chimney's although I had originally only indicated service for 1 as well as did the tuck pointing for the one fireplace.  <br /> He walked me through in detailed all of the steps and reviewed with me all of the changes that they made and the service and additional costs were clearly indicated prior to work being completed.  <br /> After cleaning the chimney they clean up their mess and the one chimney that was in the basement had concrete dust from a sump pump I had put in and they cleaned that up too.  <br /> Additionally, he went back and corrected something he did not find to his standard even though I don't know that I would have noticed.  <br /> I would definitely recommended him to others. <br /> <br />"
