"James and his crew at Cox Custom Remodeling did a great job with our bathroom remodel. Our house was built in 1900 and the nonstandard framing made things more complicated. His lead, Dan was particularly great, taking the extra time to understand components we picked that were new to him. James always had a positive attitude, showed up when he indicated and got things done. Low dust, protection for floors and respect for the rest of the house while the construction was going on. James also provided the best tile guy, Eugene, that did a fantastic job with natural stone and the complicated very fragile mosaic. We would definitely use Cox Custom Remodeling again. "Pete, the owner of Squire Creek Construction, did a good job of helping us get the building permit from Snohomish County. We had some obstacles to deal with, such as a sloping lot, and a wet-land setback. Pete did a good job building our garage and added small  touches that I would not have thought of that will be helpful in the future. For example, where our covered breezeway attached to the house covered up the dryer exhaust vent. Pete put an access door in our covered breeze-way so we will be able to do repairs to the dryer vent, if needed."

"It went well.  Lots of Rain.  The first schedule start was changed due to another job interference.  They contacted us by email rather than by phone with the delay.  Wasn't happy with that.  
Their workers were very friendly and got the job done.   One day or more we only had one worker on site.  Again...pooring down rain.  He was there very late the last night.  Was in a hurry.  Waited several days for them to come back to pick up materials.
But he was a hard worker.  
The owner was very courteous and outgoing.
When they were done the owner came and asked if they had missed anything or if we weren't happy what else could they fix.
It wasn't till later we found several boards not nailed.  Had to go back and make sure they were all secured.  Quality was okay,

"They were absolutely fabulous and the most knowledgeable stone contractor I dealt with and there were 5 all together! They were completely professional and even when things took longer than they anticipated they did not charge me any more. I LOVE this company and will never use anyone else again! We had problems with 4 other stone contractors before they came in. They fixed all of my problems and were absolutely charming to deal with. They turned me on to some amazing cleaning products as well. I thought I had to replace our master shower enclosure and they gave me a stone cleaner that took ALL the hard water stains off of the shower door in a matter of minutes - I sprayed it on rubbed it in with no pressure at all waited 15 minutes and rinsed it off and it looked like a brand new shower. I had a cleaning business for 15 years and I never saw a product like it; it also cleans the stone in the shower of course. The owner Todd is incredibly knowledgeable and he can help you with any stone problem you have I am sure of it. They also gave me a 6 year warranty on all of the surfaces they sealed!"
