"For my first impression, A+ Pest Management is excellent. I contacted them on 8/19/19 and they got back to me right away. They came the next day. The appointment was scheduled for 11a but they came at 10:30a. Eli inspected my house and fixed the necessary issues. It took him 1 1/2 hours to complete everything, because my house is big. A+ Pest Management is very thorough throughout the whole process. Eli explained in detail everything that needed to be fix & why is was happening. I am only giving 4.5 stars for now because the job is not finished, but he really cares about the treatment and gave us a 90 day plan to make sure that we would no longer have a cockroach infestation. We also have a small puppy, so he made sure to explain to us that the stuff he used was safe. Overall, I really had a great experience with Gotham Pest Control!"
